All prices quoted are in GBP £ Sterling.
Items ordered can only be dispatched to delivery points within the United Kingdom.
All items ordered will usually be dispatched for delivery within 14 days of order and payment (in most cases items ordered and paid for will be dispatched next working day).
The method of delivery is the paying customers’ preference (i.e. next day courier, recorded delivery etc.) and the responsibility of the customer to pay the appropriate charges for delivery method to High Profile Technologies Ltd.
Please specify your preference of shipping method at time of order, if no preference is indicated items will be dispatched using Royal Mail standard first class delivery by default and the customer will be charged at the appropriate rate for this method of shipping.
All orders can be cancelled in part or in full prior to dispatch of the items ordered.
A full refund is applicable to all items ordered and delivered provided they are returned to High Profile Technologies Ltd within 7 days of original dispatch with all original seals and packaging intact, and the condition of the goods are as they were prior to High Profile Technologies Ltd dispatching them.
Any defective goods will be replaced by High Profile Technologies Ltd on a like-for-like basis. The defective goods must be returned to High Profile Technologies Ltd within 7 days of original dispatch with a written explanation detailing the defects. Replacement items will be sent to the customer by return.
Any and all shipping costs and charges for the return of items to High Profile Technologies Ltd are the sole responsibility of the customer. It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure that any and all items returned to High Profile Technologies Ltd are sufficiently and suitably packaged and shipped back to the company; failure to do so may lead to damage during transport and a subsequent dispute over a refund or replacement of the goods.
